If items are not collected within this period, a storage fee may be applied. We do not offer shipping services unless explicitly stated in the auction listing. Please ensure you can collect your items or make alternative arrangements before bidding. For those unable to collect in person, proxy pickup can be arranged with prior approval from mikert2010.com, with the understanding that all risks and responsibilities for the item transfer to the proxy from the moment of collection.

3. Condition of Items and Descriptions: While we strive to provide accurate descriptions, all items are sold "as-is" with no warranty expressed or implied. Images and descriptions are provided for guidance, and minor discrepancies in color, size, or condition might occur. It is the responsibility of the bidder to ask questions, request additional photos, or view items in person during pre-arranged times before the auction ends. We do not guarantee the functionality or authenticity of items unless otherwise stated in the item description. Disputes regarding item condition must be raised within 48 hours of pickup, with evidence provided for any claim of misrepresentation.
