The Christmas Decoration Liquidation Event is your opportunity to snag holiday decor at unbeatable prices, featuring everything from lights and ornaments to trees and festive yard displays. This annual clearance aims to empty the warehouse for new stock, offering significant discounts on all types of Christmas decorations, both traditional and unique.

Bidding Rules for the Christmas Decoration Liquidation Event:

 

  1. Registration: All bidders must register online prior to the start of the auction. Provide your full name, contact information, and a valid ID for verification.

  2. Bidding Platform: Use the designated online auction platform to place your bids. Ensure you're familiar with the interface before the event begins.

     
    • Incremental Bidding: Bids must increase by the minimum increment set for each item or lot, usually $1 or $5.

    • Proxy Bidding: You can set a maximum bid for an item, and the system will automatically bid on your behalf up to that amount in the smallest incremental increases.

    • Live Bidding: For real-time auctions, you must be online at the scheduled time to place bids manually.

  3. Bid Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation for each successful bid. Check your email regularly during and after the auction for updates.

  4. Winning Bid Notification: If you win an item, you'll be notified immediately after the auction closes for that item, or at the end of the live session.

 

Pickup Rules:

 

  1. Pickup Schedule: Pickup times will be scheduled post-auction. Winning bidders will receive an email with available time slots. Choose your slot within 24 hours to secure your pickup time.

     
    • Example: Pickup dates might be December 5th to 7th, from 9 AM to 5 PM each day.

  2. Warehouse Location: The pickup location will be disclosed in your winning bid confirmation. Map out the route in advance to ensure you arrive on time.

  3. Payment: Full payment must be made before or upon arrival at the warehouse. Accepted methods include cash, credit/debit cards, or pre-arranged bank transfers.

  4. Identification: Bring the ID you used to register, as well as your auction confirmation email.

  5. Item Verification: Upon arrival, check your items for any discrepancies. Once you've left the premises, all sales are final.

  6. Handling and Transport: You are responsible for the handling and transport of your items. Please bring necessary tools for disassembly if required, and ensure you have adequate transportation to move large items.

  7. Storage Fee: If items are not picked up during the designated time, a storage fee might apply, or items could be forfeited and resold.

  8. Missed Pickup: If you miss your pickup slot without prior notice, items might be resold, and no refunds will be issued.
